For the last 88 years, St. Petersburg High School has held its graduation ceremony outdoors. This spring that will change. The school, along with five others in Pinellas County, will move commencement ceremonies to Tropicana Field. Superintendent Mike Grego made the announcement last night, pointing out that several ceremonies had to be rescheduled or relocated this year because of the weather.
Only two high schools in the county will still hold graduation outside. Clearwater High will use Bright House Field and Tarpon Springs will use the school's football field.
