TAMPA (970 WFLA) -- Former Buccaneer quarterback Josh Freemn has signed with the Minnesota Vikings.
Freeman's agent tweeted the news Sunday night.
He'll get a one-year deal worth $3 million, in addition to the $6 million remaining on his Buccaneer contract when the Bucs released him Thursday. That ended a saga that began with Freeman's demotion from the starting job, and included revelations about ADHD medication and participation in the NFL's drug monitoring program. That's under a joint investigation by the NFL and the players' union.
