Three People Die From Traffic Accidents Around Bay Area

Three people have died from traffic accidents around the bay area.

A motorcyclist involved in an accident over the weekend died at Tampa General Hospital this morning. Johnny Jean was riding his motorcycle southbound on 22nd Street Saturday when he collided with a Camaro. Tampa police are still investigating, but say it appears the Camaro turned into Jean, who had the right of way.

A pedestrian involved in a hit and run over the weekend died at Tampa General. Police found Patricia Loisy lying in the eastbound lane of East Lake Avenue near North 12th Street on Sunday. Detectives are still looking for the driver who hit her.

And a bicyclist hit by a car earlier this month in Clearwater died at Bayfront Medical Center.79 year old Charles Arthur Crone was hit by a car June 2nd as he rode his bike across Sunset Point Road at Belcher Road, against the traffic light. Police say crone had a helmet with him, but was not wearing it at the time of the crash.
