The Bucs aren't shopping Darrelle Revis. That's not to say they won't trade him.
Other NFL teams have inquired to the Bucs about the availability of a trade for Revis. CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora first had the story. (Viewable HERE).
La Canfora writes: "rival executives believe a deal could be possible" for Revis.
The key date is March 13. As part of the deal that brought Revis to Tampa Bay, the Jets receive a fourth-round pick in the upcoming Draft. If Revis is on the Bucs' roster the third day of the league year, March 13, that pick bumps up to a third rounder.
WDAE's Rick Stroud had his own take, stressing that he doesn't think the Bucs want to lose Revis, but adding they would be able to rake in a large number of free agents with the $16 million per year in salary cap that would be freed up.
Stroud wrote about it for the Tampa Bay Times -- that story is viewable at THIS link.
