The rift between Bucs head coach Greg Schiano and quarterback Josh Freeman really came down to one fundamental disagreement in opinions.
Freeman, now in Minnesota preparing for his first start as a member of the Vikings, told Dan Patrick on his national radio show Friday the major issue was he believed he was the franchise quarterback, while Schiano did not.
"They didn’t see me as the guy," Freeman admitted to Patrick. "They didn’t see me as the guy who could get it done and I strongly disagree with that."
